Fish Out Of Water is a feature length global warming documentary. Olympian Ian Thorpe covers our country in search of the very real consequences of climate change. Filmed entirely on location, this powerful program gives viewers an insight into the effects on our pristine land as well as the impact on our day-to-day lives. Fish Out of Water was directed by Richard Gray and produced for Fox8 Australia.
The Phone
The Phone is a new, high-paced action reality series that plucks two complete strangers from their everyday lives to compete in a cat and mouse game like no other. Every week, two new contestants must work together, but ultimately compete against one another, for the chance to win $25,000. Hosted by Clue Master Justin Melvey, directed by Richard Gray and produced for Fox8 Australia.
AFI Cinema Trailer
This Wolf Creek & Priscilla parody was created to promote and encourage cinemagoers to see more Australian films. This 35mm AFI cinema trailer was screened at theatres and on TV screens all around the country. Starring Angus Sampson and John Jarrett, it was written and directed by Richard Gray and produced for the AFI Awards.
Nando’s
InPictures recorded a video that was specifically designed to look like a member of the public on the street had captured it on their phone. Starring Warwick Capper, it went viral as soon as it was released to the internet. It clocked up over 60,000 views on YouTube within the first few days. The video was part of the Nando’s marketing campaign for their Tropico Burger.
Virtually Edna
Virtually Edna is an interactive online documentary run in conjunction with The Arts Centre Melbourne. Virtually Edna takes you into a fascinating Dame Edna online world. In this world she is joined by a supporting celebrity cast that includes the likes of Molly Meldrum, Trevor Marmalade and Bruce Beresford. It was a great opportunity for InDigital Media to utilise the latest high bandwidth Flash video technology, which is normally reserved for the education sector. By filming and developing the kind of rich media content that was still in its infancy, we were able to provide a unique and colorful documentary of a much-loved figure.
Rich People 3
InPictures produced a series of six television ads for Adriatic Furniture starring socialite Lillian Frank. We have done three television campaigns to date for Adriatic and Rich People 3 was their most successful campaign yet. It took their "Exclusive, yes... Expensive, no!" tag to a whole new level.
Make It Your Own
Make It Your Own was an energetic and colourful TV campaign featuring two young girls playing dress-ups and dreaming of the high life of limousines and photographers. It demonstrates the benefits and unique creative available to you when you 'make it yourself.' Directed by Miklos Janek, and produced by Julian Ashton and Frank Lotito for Colorific.
Dig Deep
The Dig Deep Sound project provided an opportunity for eight young MCs and producers to develop their skills through providing them with guidance, equipment and encouragement. Working in collaboration with the Victorian Government through Arts Victoria and the Community Support Fund we created a media rich website to showcase the work created in this project. We profiled each new artist and each "master" involved in the project and also developed a "library of beats" where it is possible to create your own hip hop beats using a Flash interface.
Acts Of Creation
Acts Of Creation is an educational website run in conjunction with The Arts Centre Melbourne starring three performing artists. Each artist was asked to do a piece about their process. We integrated these three videos into a lively and visually rich user experience using the latest animation technology. This provided a rich resource for the education sector.
